Cycle Vietnam to Cambodia 2024

This fascinating challenge will take participants through the heart of Vietnam and into Cambodia, providing a fascinating insight into the region's cultures, both ancient and modern. Leaving Ho Chi Minh City on November 15th 2024, the journey culminates 9 days later at the Royal Temples of Angkor Wat, one of Southeast Asia's most impressive sights.  Each participant is expected to raise a minimum of £2,000 with all funds raised providing respite holidays at Maison des Landes for Jersey caregivers.

In Jersey, an estimated 6,000 individuals selflessly assume the responsibility of caring for a loved one with a disability, often without a pause in their demanding caregiving duties.

The respite breaks offered by Maison des Landes are a vital source of relief for caregivers, allowing them the opportunity to recharge. The charity is deeply committed to ensuring these breaks remain affordable and accessible to all, irrespective of financial constraints. As a registered charity, Maison des Landes relies on donations, sponsorships, and fundraising initiatives to support its mission, receiving no government assistance.

We're proud to be recognised by the Government of Jersey as a recommended option for local people seeking respite breaks.

All of the funds raised by our Road to Angkor Wat cyclists will be used to support Jersey caregivers have a well earned break.
